We master the full-process technology chain, including raw material formulation, extruded substrate production, supercritical fluid foaming, thermoforming and finished cutting. We supply customized lightweight foam sheets made of EVA, TPU, bio-based materials and PEBAX. The second sector covers diversified cushion applications, including sports protective equipment, fitness components, home mattresses and functional padding. We develop both domestic and overseas markets, with clients across China, Southeast Asia, South America and other regions. We have built standardized systems for sample management, physical testing and data traceability. Complete parameters including hardness, density and thickness can be provided for all samples and bulk goods to support customer testing, quality review and new product iteration. We provide one-stop services covering sample delivery, logistics coordination and foreign trade documentation to support clients from lab sampling to mass shipment.
